During divided times it becomes crucial for us to stand together as a nation and offer our prayers for our leaders. Regardless of our views it is important to show support and send positive thoughts to those, in positions of authority, including the president. As believers we believe in the strength of prayer to guide, enlighten and empower those tasked with leadership responsibilities.

The Bible instructs us to pray for our leaders as mentioned in 1 Timothy 2;1 2; “I urge that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority so that we may lead lives with godliness and holiness.” By praying for our presidents we not offer them our backing. Also seek divine assistance for the welfare of our nation.

Lets join together today in prayer for President Donald Trump as he faces the challenges of governing our country;


Dear Lord we come before you with a prayer, for President Trump. May he be surrounded by advisors. May his decisions be guided by your wisdom. Grant him strength to navigate the challenges of his role with honesty, kindness and a steadfast dedication to the values our nation stands upon.
We seek your protection for President Trump and his loved ones asking for peace and salvation to be upon them. May he govern with a servants heart striving for the well being of all Americans of their backgrounds or beliefs.
Father we pray for unity in our country. Ask for healing where there is division. May President Trump be an agent of peace and harmony working diligently to mend the fractures that threaten our unity.
In these times we place our trust in your plan for our nation and its leader. We pray that President Trump seeks your guidance and draws strength from you as he fulfills his duties.
We express gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon the United States and humbly request your favor and protection.
In Jesus Christs name we offer this prayer. Amen.

Let us not forget the significance of praying for our leaders as we lift up this supplication, for President Donald Trump.
Let us remember to pray for those, in positions of leadership believing that God can use them to fulfill His plans, for our country and the world.
